Clara June {9 months}

Clara has had a big month! She learned to crawl and grew three chompers :) She had her 9 month check-up on Wednesday, and weighs 17 lbs 4 oz and is 27 inches long. She took a dip in weight and height and instead of being near the top of the growth chart, she is now low. Her weight is in the 23rd percentile and her length is in the 31st percentile. She is becoming petite! Who would have thought!! She is trying to talk lots lately, and can say: dada, mama, bye-bye and hi. She waves like a mad woman on cue and still blows spit bubbles when she doesn't like something or someone! She is still in love with Cash and gets so excited when he comes barreling into a room. They are starting to play together which warms my heart. However, Cash is still working on sharing things with her. This will last a few years I have a feeling! She is still getting up a few times a night, but is easily nursed and put back to sleep. I am thankful for that! She is still napping twice a day like a champ, and wakes up so happy! I love this age, she is starting to get a cute little personality. A feisty one at that :) She likes things that are loud and rough, and would rather play with a toy truck than a baby doll. Guess that's what you get when you have a big brother!
