a post for uncle bobby!

So we found Cash a new beanie downtown at Crazy Days today. Of course he had to wear it when we got home, despite it being in the upper 80's! We had just gotten back from Taco Del Mar, and he decided my Diet Dr.Pepper looked pretty darn tasty! This is Uncle Bobby's fav place to visit when he comes to Bozeman, so cheers to ya Bobby!

Chillin Pool Side

I LOVE my boy!!

I am sooo lucky to have Cash as my son. At times I can complain about how crazy he makes me, and how much running around after him I have to do, but I do count my blessings when I think of him! I just think that he is really the sweetest little boy. I know everyone thinks their kiddos are the best thing to grace Gods green earth, but Cash Henry is really the best thing that has happened to me! I laugh everyday, and marvel at the small things that he does. Just tonight, he dug the cheese grater out of the cupboard, and took his tiny cheese chunks that I had given him for a snack and started grating them! Just these silly little things that he does, are pretty amazing to me. I took a few of these pics the other night, after he was all bathed up and smelling so yummy and clean. He likes to play and laugh on our bed before winding down for the night. And I love taking black and whites. Brings a whole new "light" to pics, I think!

Cashy Camps at Cabin Creek...

BJ was working at Hebgen Dam for a few days last week, so we figured we would test out our new tent! This was Cash's first crack at camping, and all in all he didpretty well. He LOVED playing in the fire pit (minus the fire of course!) and just plain playing outside. I figured the sleeping arrangements would be the rough part, and I was right! We all slept together, and I am pretty sure nobody got sleep. We figure this will get better the more we go out with him.

Happy 33rd Birthday BJ!

Virginia City

The girls and Cash have been taking weekly trips somewhere every Monday. Aunt An has Mondays off, so we try to do something fun on her days off. One week we went to the Grizzly Discovery Center in West Yellowstone (I still need to put up those pics!) and last week we went to Virginia City.
I will be honest, dang V-City left a bad taste in my mouth for this season!! Half of the cute little shops were closed (not sure why since it's tourist season in MT). Then we decided to go on the "choo choo" to Nevada City which is like 4 miles up the highway. We figured Cashy would get a kick out of riding, and I had never been on either. Well......we rode over, and since there isn't a whole lot to see in Nevada City we were just going to ride right back. The nice teenage dude told us that it would be 10 min and we would take off. Enough time to go check out a big train they have over in Nevada City. Well....as we are walking up to the platform with a BABY in tow....they leave!!! So we demanded half our money back since we wouldn't be waiting the extra hour it would take to wait for the train to return, and set off on foot. Four miles in 85 degree heat in the middle of the day was pretty fun!! Um, wait not really, but sure makes a funny story to tell, doesn't it!

Reunion with Jr. High friend!!

My friend Morgan was in town for the night from California last week. We met eachother at good ol' Juniper Junior High :) We had a mutual love of clothes and shoes, and a hate of roller coaster rides! She and her boyfriend, Troy, were on a month long road trip and decided to stop in Bozeman for a quick visit. Cash and I met up with the twosome for some breakfast at the Nova. A FABULOUS restaurant in downtown Bozeman, if I do say so myself! Ha!
