We headed over to Helena on Sunday to the Great Northern Carousel. It was so cute! All the animals are hand carved in Long Beach, CA. Ahh Long Beach....takes me back to the days when we would have to go to Long Beach where Andrea's eye doctor was when she was little. It sounds like a nice place, but Dad always had to put the top back on the Jeep when we went down because, lets just say it can be sketchy! Anyway, I digress...
It was kind of a rainy day but the carousel is covered. Andrea came along with us, and we rode a round on the carousel and then had ice cream. They home make their ice cream there, and it was really yummy. Cash LOVES ice cream so he also enjoyed it. He was pretty cute once on the ride. He rode on some Mer-Man thing, not one of the cool carved fish or carved grizzly we wanted to get him on. At first he wasn't sure what to think, but as soon as I got the belt around him, he started bucking on the horse! His attention then shifted to the mechanics of the mer-man. Cash was unsure of how it was making him go up and down. It was pretty cute.
