Last week we road tripped to Silverwood Theme Park in Hayden, ID with our friends. They have kids the same age as ours and everyone gets along great together. We rented a house 10 minutes away from the park and the kids loved having a slumber party for 3 nights.
The days were long and hot, but everyone had lots of fun! Clara was very adventurous but couldn't meet the height requirements on some of the bigger rides. However, it didn't stop her from sneaking on the butterfly swings. Her picture below shows how excited she was at first and then it turned to shear terror when the swing reached its peak!! She survived and hopped off with a smile, so all was well.
We had a fun time as our last hoorah before school starts!!
