{Red Lodge}

BJ had to be up at Mystic Dam last week, so we tagged along and had a mini vacation in Red Lodge.  A few weeks before, I was telling BJ that I really wanted to go there this summer.  It's such a cute little town, and I always love going over.  After packing up what seemed like half our house, we were off!  The kids did really well for the car ride over.  We stopped in Bozeman for a break which helped out quite a bit.  We stayed at the Yodeler Inn, and Cash LOVED it!!  The kids slept really well!  We hung out in town for two days and then on the third day we drove through Yellowstone to hit Hebgen Dam on the way home.  We had lots of fun and it was super nice to get out of town for a few days!!

Great Falls

We tagged along with BJ this last Thursday when he went to Great Falls.  He had a meeting that we dropped him off at first and then the kids and I did a little shopping.  After lunch we hit the water park!  It was super fun!! 

{Baseball Time}

Last night before supper the boys headed out for a little ball.  Clara was wanting to get in on the action, so we went out for a bit to watch.  Cash is actually getting pretty good, and hit the ball quite a bit!

I took this picture of Clara last night in the bath.  After checking them out after both kids were in bed, I remembered that I had one just like it of Cash!  Their teeth are THE SAME!  Cash was older, maybe 13 or 14 months.

Happy Birthday Benjamin!

Friday the 13th was BJ's b-day. He was out of town all day but the kids and I celebrated his birthday all day! Cash picked out Spider Man plates and napkins while we were grocery shopping earlier in the day. We also picked up balloons and streamers to decorate the house. We made the "family nut cake" as Cash has named it before it got too hot to have the oven on. Cash asked if I could please make him a chocolate cake as that was his favorite cake and he didn't really like nut cake. So I ended up whipping up two cakes!

BJ got home later than usual that night, so Clara was unable to help us celebrate. Hence why there aren't any pics of her! I took the kids to the dollar store earlier in the day and let Cash pick out a few gifts for BJ. He chose: a metal spoon, a soccer ball that opens up to a washcloth, a box of toothpicks and a putty knife. We all got a kick out of his choices!! I also let him pick out a card....it read: "Hey Girlfriend, remember if it feels good, do it! If it feels really good, do it twice!" SWEET!! HAHA!!

Clara 10 Months

Ten months old?! Soon it will be first birthday time for our sweet girl! The last month has brought lots of personality! We are pretty convinced Clara will be giving us a run for our money in the future! The girl is getting WILD! She loves playing rough with the boys and jumping and climbing all over! Her crawling style is getting more refined and has now learned to pull up on the coffee table. I imagine she will be walking sometime around her birthday. We caught her the other morning pulled up to the toy box checking out the toys. Just the other day she learned to clap :) This is what she was doing when I was trying to take her picture. She says "yay" and claps. She can say Mama, Dada, yay, more and buh-bye. She still just has the 4 teeth, and likes flashing them all the time! She has just started this scrunchy nose smile so her teeth are blazing for all to see!! It's pretty cute. She is kinda starting to be less clingy to me. She will go to BJ a tad more often these days. Clara is still Cashys number one fan! I think she has already realized what buttons to push with him....She often pulls his hair then starts to laugh or smile, so I think she knows exactly what she is doing. Just the other day she started bouncing her knees and throwing her head back when I ask her to dance. She must be gearing up for class in about 2 yrs!!
