***4th of July***

We were in Bozeman with the fam on the 4th of July again this year. It's a favorite holiday in the Spaulding Family!! The big boys turn into little pyro boys and this year the little boys have begun to follow suit. We went over early in the day, and spent the afternoon hanging out til the young Spaulding's came over.

Water balloons were filled for games that we played inbetween fireworks and dinner.

Saturday Jeep Ride

We decided on a whim to take a Jeep ride up to Bowman Lakes on Saturday afternoon. After beginning to pack stuff up, we opted for a quick trip to Safeway for dinner stuff and grabbed the campstove for a dinner out in the mountains.

Butterflies were everywhere!! And Cash got a kick out of seeing the cows randomly scattered along the dirt road.

We stopped a few times to let the kids stretch and get off their butts. It took about two hours from home to the top of the saddle, where we stopped for the evening and had dinner.

We hiked up to the top and the view was pretty awesome!! We didn't make it all the way in to the Lake, since a boulder had slid into the road and we couldn't get by. I was secretly relieved!

The boys hiked up a little farther up, and found some snow!

Clara was a tad upset she couldn't get down and crawl...
