Museum of the Rockies

We headed to the Museum yesterday. The kids had tons of fun! I though Cash would be more into the Dinos than he was. His newest obsession is a show on Nick Jr called "Dino Dan", it's real life dinos not cartoon. I think he thought the dinos would be walking around and was a tad disapointed when they weren't!

Evan Daniel Spaulding

The newest member of the Spaulding clan made his apperance on April 10, 2011. Born right at 37 weeks, weighing 5 lbs 8oz and 19 inches long. He has a tad bit of black hair like the other boys and looks a lot like his Mama. Evan is such a tiny little guy and looking at Cash and Ryan, it's hard to believe in two short years he will be as big as they are! Although, with big brother Ryan, and Cash around him he will most likely be tough as nails and ready to roll with the big boys in no time!

We were in Bozeman the other day, and Cash was finally able to meet his new cousin. Due to flu season and RSV, kids under 12 weren't allowed at the hospital when he was born, so this was Cashy's first meeting. He loved him! Cash was super gentle, and would just whisper "hi baby Evan"... and "baby Evan can't walk yet." Cash can say his name pretty well, although most times it comes out Effin instead of Evan. I was able to get some super sweet pictures of the newest member of the crew and his oldest cousin.

Welcome to the family Evan Daniel! We can't wait to watch you grow and get to know you! We love you sweet baby boy! Congratulations to Justin, Saralyn and Ryan!!

Easter Cookies

We made Easter cookies the other afternoon. Cash loves helping crack the eggs and mix up all the ingredients. We bought sprinkles at Wal Mart and he couldn't wait to try them out! After getting a little ansy, he decided to decorated a cookie that wasn't baked yet. Kept him occupied while I rolled out the rest of the dough!

16 week belly and big brother too::

Red Lodge

BJ had a conference in Red Lodge last weekend. Cash and I tagged along for the 3 day trip and had lots of fun! We stayed at the Rocky Creek Resort and it was awesome! We had a cool balcony off the room and a beautiful view of the creek. We were able to meet up with some friends of BJ's on Thursday night. We hadn't seen them since I was 3 months pregnant with Cash, so it's been a while. It snowed and was 25 degrees the whole time we were there, but it was still nice to get away. A few days of not having to cook or clean are heaven to me! Cash is such a homebody and wanted to go home a few hours after we arrived, but all in all did really well. We got to go to a nice dinner on Friday night courtesy of PPL. They were so sweet to Cash and served him before any of the adults and totally catered to him. I was on the hunt to find a stuffed animal for the new baby to pose every month with, but didn't have any luck! Maybe some place else :)

Shopping at Ace

They have the cutest mini shopping carts at Ace Hardware. Cash was excited to push one that was just his size!
