9 Months

We had an eventful August with Cash. 8 Months was full of milestones. Cash learned to crawl!! It's actually an army crawl, but he is REALLY fast at it. We have officially baby proofed our house. BJ finally broke down and put up the baby gate to the downstairs. Cash also grew a tooth! He actually is getting the 2nd one in this week, but as far as his 8 month milestones go, he only had one last month. He got a tooth, started to crawl, got an ear infection, and stopped sleeping through the night all in about a 10 day span! Talk about a work increase for me :) His ear infection cleared up with a bought of amoxocilian. I still have no idea why he is not wanting to sleep through the night anymore....His doctor said to just let him cry it out, however this breaks my heart and I have not been able to do it. He had his 9 month well baby check up this last Friday, and he is 18 lbs 2 oz, and 28.5 inches long. He is in the 13 percentile for weight and 52 percentile for height so looks like he is on track to be tall and skinny like his dad! He grew 4 inches and gained 4 lbs in 3 months.

He has been eating more and more tablefood and enjoys animal crackers and cherrios :) He has also likes yogurt for breakfast. We had about a week or so that he refused all baby food, which was kind of tricky to find food for him to eat, but then a week or so later, he decided that he liked baby food again. Whatever works I suppose.

No Camera=No New Pictures

BJ went on a ride last weekend over to Cody, WY and back home. While he was in Lovell, WY he left his backpack at a gas station accidently. Our camera was in the pack. I will post pictures from his first Sweet Pea run, and his 9 Month monkey pictures when I get copies from my Mom. I'm not ignoring my blog, and with no camera you realize how much you actually use it!

Random Pics

Here are a few random pictures that I have taken in the last week or so. Cash is sitting up in the bath now, so we can ditch the baby bath tub :) Our storage unit will now be overflowing with baby stuff that he no longer uses. We pass on what we can to Ryan, but some stuff like newborn clothes have begun to be returned to us already! Cash has started to become interested in Ryan whenever we see them. Here are a few pictures of the two of them together. Cash lovingly grabbed a chunk of poor Ryans hair the other day while they were playing on the floor together. Only the beginning of cousins fighting! Cash has also grown a tooth in the last few weeks! You can kind of see it in the first picture.

A Hike Up The "M"

We took Cash on his first hike up the "M". I think we chose the hottest day of the week...Cash really likes his Kelty backpack that we have for him. The view from the top is awesome! All the fresh air was too much for Cash, he crashed before we got to the end of hike down!

Motorcycle Round-Up

We went up to Big Sky for the motorcycle round up. They have this big jump set up, and 3 dirtbikers do flips and crazy tricks off of it. Bob and LaDonna are in town for the weekend, so we all went up together. It was nice to have something different to do. Cash seemed to have a good time as well. We tried to get some good shots of the guys jumping but it was about dusk and the light was kind of off. So these are the best that we got.
